Booking Information for Activities and Extras
Your Conference Dinner and/or Tours may be added during the registration process in the
registration area. However, if you have already registered and now wish to add the dinner or the tour, please email the Conference Secretariat at this link with your request.
After your original registration, payment for additional accommodations, dinners and/or tours will be charged to the credit card that we have on file for you. If you prefer that an alternate card be charged, please submit the new card number when submitting your amended booking request.
Conference Dinner-Wednesday, 30 June 2010-7:00 PM (19:00)
The Conference Dinner will be held at Napa Valley Grille located in the Westwood Center on Glendon at Lindbrook. Enjoy wine country cuisine amidst the warmth of a dining room illuminated by earth-toned hues, a wooden harvest table, farm-fresh floral displays, wine artifact pieces, rustic lighting fixtures and an exhibition kitchen. Known for its local, seasonal ingredients and a vast array of wines, the Napa Valley Grille is a rustic, yet refined setting. With Executive Chef Joseph Gillard's farm upbringing and his strong relationships with California farmers—from San Diego to Paso Robles—Gillard's culinary signature is a perfect fit for the wine country cuisine of Napa Valley Grille.
The cost of the Conference Dinner includes a choice of starter, main entrée, dessert, coffee, tea and white/red wine. Price includes all taxes and gratuity.
A vegetarian option will be available. If you have any other dietary requirements, please

Walking Tours
Art Meets Fashion Walking Tour-Monday, 28 June 2010-4:00 PM (16:00)
This Pre-Conference tour is a specially designed walking tour of Beverly Hills. While on this guided stroll, you will hear the fascinating history of Beverly Hills and descriptions of this city’s stunning public artworks and buildings designed by award-winning world famous architects. On the famous Two Rodeo Drive, you will enter and learn about a hidden jewelry museum! As you continue to meander the streets of “the golden triangle” of Beverly Hills, you will roam the galleries that specialize in California art and be introduced to unique boutiques. This tour is guaranteed to be an exciting and informative introduction to the Beverly Hills area.
The tour will begin at 4:00 PM (16:00) and will last 1 ½ - 2 hours. Your tour guide will meet you in front of the Bernard Passman store at 4:00 PM. The 2 Rodeo complex is located at the corner of Rodeo Drive and Dayton Way. From that corner, go up the path to the Bernard Passman store which is on the right. The tour guide will have a sign saying “Quick Culture Art Tours”. The tour will end at this same location.
Contemporary Art –What’s it all about?-Thursday, 1 July 2010-6:00 PM (18:00)
Join us on a tour of the Broad Contemporary Art Museum (BCAM), the newest building on the campus of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). This exciting venue houses a large selection of art objects by internationally renowned artists including Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Jeff Koons, Jasper Johns, Richard Serra and many more. This tour is very informative and interesting and will give you pointers on how to appreciate these varied artworks while giving you an overview of the collection.
The Contemporary Art tour will begin at 6:00 PM (18:00) and last 1 hour. Your tour guide will meet you at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s (LACMA) main entrance plaza at 6:00 PM. LACMA is located at 5905 Wilshire Blvd which is a few blocks east of Fairfax Avenue. The main plaza is called BG Grand Plaza. Once you reach BG Grand Plaza, you will meet the group at the bottom of the escalator (behind the streetlamp art installation). The tour guide will have a sign saying “Quick Culture Art Tours”. If you arrive by cab , the drop off point is right in front. There is street and garage parking available. The tour will end at this same location.
